Happy Thursday to everyone. So, I forgot to take my measurements last night, so I will today after work. SMH. I was tired and started to doze early last night. Oh well, today I will get it done. On another note, made it to the gym today for a bonus day. I think I may have to start going to PF at least 4 days a week and hit the 30 minute work out zone on that extra day. I've done it twice now, and both times I come out feeling great. The stepping and the machines make for a good combination. I like it. Plus it will give me some extra days to work on the total body when I am not concentrating on a certain section.

I can't wait for the weekend. I actually get a weekend. I got the news that my second job will be shut down this weekend, so they don't need coverage. What a great feeling. I have been non stop every day for two months now. It will feel good to get a break, and seeing that we are having a Superbowl party this weekend, I will be able to enjoy seeing my friends that I haven't seen in a while. Small victories. They all count. Today I started the second week of the C25K app. I am not allowed to run on the treadmill, but the doc said I can do the elliptical. I just have to keep an eye on my foot and make sure I am not doing any real damage to it. I think next week will be the week I start going to the gym 4 times a week. I wanted to start this week but I am not sure if my families schedule will allow for it. My wife has a sleep study on Thursday into Friday and my daughter has a follow up appointment for her arm that day as well. Hopefully we will hear nothing but good things from both appointments.

The gym today had me doing legs. I understand why everyone hates doing leg exercises. They hurt man. But I pushed through it. I must have put on more weight this week than I did last week because I was sweating during my whole workout, not just the elliptical part of it.
