It's Friday!!! Don't know why I'm so excited. I got a call saying I need to work this weekend. :-( Man, I was excited for a weekend off. Maybe I will have to take one in March. Go golfing on a Saturday evening, at a simulator of course. So, took measurements this morning. My chest is 51", waist above the belly button is 48", at the belly button is 53", my leg is 27", and my bicep is 14". No change really. Well, we will just keep an eye on it. Everyone have a great weekend.

Happy Thursday to everyone. So, I forgot to take my measurements last night, so I will today after work. SMH. I was tired and started to doze early last night. Oh well, today I will get it done. On another note, made it to the gym today for a bonus day. I think I may have to start going to PF at least 4 days a week and hit the 30 minute work out zone on that extra day. I've done it twice now, and both times I come out feeling great. The stepping and the machines make for a good combination. I like it. Plus it will give me some extra days to work on the total body when I am not concentrating on a certain section.
I can't wait for the weekend. I actually get a weekend. I got the news that my second job will be shut down this weekend, so they don't need coverage. What a great feeling. I have been non stop every day for two months now. It will feel good to get a break, and seeing that we are having a Superbowl party this weekend, I will be able to enjoy seeing my friends that I haven't seen in a while. Good morning to my FS friends. Hope you all are doing well. Just wanted to check in and say hello. Nothing new to report on my end. Tonight I will be posting some measurements so hopefully there is some change there. But I will just have to wait and see. Trying to take the measurements at the same time. Well, time to get going on this Hump Day at work. Shouldn't be too hard to do. The morning workout usually gets me going. Going to go walking at lunch today. If it stays warm, maybe go for a walk outside as opposed to the mall. Have a great day everyone.

Small victories. They all count. Today I started the second week of the C25K app. I am not allowed to run on the treadmill, but the doc said I can do the elliptical. I just have to keep an eye on my foot and make sure I am not doing any real damage to it. I think next week will be the week I start going to the gym 4 times a week. I wanted to start this week but I am not sure if my families schedule will allow for it. My wife has a sleep study on Thursday into Friday and my daughter has a follow up appointment for her arm that day as well. Hopefully we will hear nothing but good things from both appointments.
The gym today had me doing legs. I understand why everyone hates doing leg exercises. They hurt man. But I pushed through it. I must have put on more weight this week than I did last week because I was sweating during my whole workout, not just the elliptical part of it.

Took a measure of a couple areas that I'm concerned about. My chest is 51", waist is 51.5", and my leg is 27" This is a good starting point.
