I am happy with my weight lose. Yesterday I was very happy and proud to put on a pair of pants 4" smaller in the waist!!

The past week I have been struggling with low energy while working out. Which has caused me to stop in the middle of my workout. I think there are a few items to account for this. The first item is I have increased the intensity of my workouts to soon (every 2 weeks) including some jogging. But at my current weight of 280lbs I may have to wait on adding jogging for now until I lose more weight. The second is my food intake is about 1000 kcal below my normal RDI, which I have been doing for awhile now. The third possible reason is not getting enough sleep at 6 hours a night but I don't have any urges to take any naps. Any thoughts? Mike

Been away for the past two weeks dealing with a family health issue. I eat out more often than usual and was not able to workout as often as normal. I am pleasantly surprised I gain no weight back and my weight is exactly the same from two weeks ago.
