Easter weekend was harder than I thought it would be... We had my family over for dinner on Sunday. I made a lamb roast, asparagus, and yams. I added more salt than I would have without guests. I wanted to make sure they enjoyed the dinner. This was my first time cooking a lamb and I wasn't sure how to season. I added fresh rosemary, low sodium chicken broth and we stuffed it with whole garlic. Cooked asparagus with the low sodium broth, fresh garlic and added a tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce. We served fresh strawberries and little 1"x2" squares of carrot cake... I had to have one. I also had a couple of my son’s chocolates yesterday and some wheat thins. Feel really bad about that today! When I stay 100% my willpower is the best... once I slip it's all downhill from there. I am back on track this morning and ready for the week. LOVE THIS PLAN!
Lost another 1/2 pound and the inches seem to continue to shed. I am feeling great. I will be moving to Phase 2 next week adding a carbs slowly to my diet paying close attention to the affect. I reviewed my book last night and looked at Phase 3 Lifestyle eating boy am I excited to add those items in. With that I think I can do this plan for a lifetime... that is my goal! I am doing this for a healthy life inside and out. Happy Flushing this weekend everyone... Stay away from those chocolate bunnies and make some FF Deviled Eggs as a treat!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!
I hope you are all having a good week and staying committed to the plan and your goals. I have had a good week with the plan however yesterday I did not get to start my day with my omega 3 eggs and it really threw me for the day. I didn't get to do my prep work this weekend and I really had a hard time pulling my food together yesterday before work. I made it through the day but I did cheat with some almonds and peanuts. I was crabby with my husband when I got home because I was sooooo hungry. Boy my body really reacts to lack of food... This morning he said "next time can you just eat something?" Back in control today with all my snacks ready to tackle the day! Happy Flushing Everyone!

HAPPY FRIDAY
- I lost more weight yahoo! I committed to myself that I would stay on track this week and lose more weight and it feels great. It has been my birthday week and I stayed strong to temptations for the most part with strong results today at weigh in. I lost 2.5lbs this week and feel really good. No more weird cravings for the carbs… Now having good cravings for veggies and smoothies. I know it's weird but it is working so I am in ;-) Have plans for dinner out downtown this weekend and I will be treating myself to some good food. It's a nice seafood restaurant so I know that they will have great FF friendly dishes and they serve a great side of Asparagus… will have to have some wine to celebrate ;-) Happy Flushing Everyone!

Had to get back on the scale and I did lose another pound this plan will work! Hopefully I will see more by Friday for continued success! Happy Flushing!
