6/18/18 breakfast again was great - a little less filling with new macros but still really good. Lunch was not very satisfying, but the blackberries were amazing of course - right from garden and perfectly ripe and sweet. Eating them with pecans and cream cheese worked ok but not much cream cheese needed - at least gave it some protein and fat to go with carbs. Dinner OK - the cauliflower mash with zucchini and this time boston butt. Not as good as with bacon, but still pretty good - added extra seasonings. Finished dinner at 7:30.

6/17/18 dinner out with friends - that was challenging. No fatty foods on menu - surprising really. Ordered beef tenderloin - only one bite of fat on the whole thing - came with butter sauce but very little of it. Broccoli - I added butter. Asparagus - came with lemon butter sauce but very little.

6/16/18 bkfst 9:30a. ankles not swollen much and I drank 1.75 c of my broth - not salty but could still taste salt - and had bacon for dinner last night. I really don't think it's a sodium thing. Recalculated macros today based on https://blog.virtahealth.com/how-much-protein-on-keto/ - new goals are 28 g fat per meal, 10 g carbs, 28 g protein giving daily cal min 1200 max 1500.
