I got discouraged cuz I passed on having a beer, ice cream, and some other goodies over the weekend, and I still gained 2 lbs.! What's up with that??

OK... not fair! I had gone down to 196 lbs. in the last few weeks. I was eating light dinners, mostly salad or fruit with yogurt or cottage cheese. But this weekend, I ate a lot of red meat. Fajitas, burgers, and last night a filet mignon. Plus, I have not gone to the gym lately. I went once last week, and haven't gone yet this week. Why is it so easy to put the weight back on, and so hard to take it off?!?! ARGH! Well, I'm going back to the gym to vent my frustrations on the treadmill...

I've been back at the gym, at least 3 times per week. And lately I have not been eating dinner. I feel still stuffed from lunch. Maybe it's the heat. So I've been having yogurt with fruit, or cottage cheese with fruit, or some other kind of salad. And I feel fine. I don't feel hungry. If I do feel a little hunger pan, I just have PB&J on a slice of bread. So 1 lb. down, 49 more to go!!! woohoo!!!

I had a sinus infection that kicked my A$$, so I didn't go to the gym for about 3 weeks. :-( Last week, I started to get back into the swing of things, but we had Secretary's Day cheesecake at the office. :-D
This week I'm definitely getting my butt in gear and back at the gym... because nothing tastes as good as THIN FEELS! yay!
