NOVEMBER 17 tUESDAY. Weight 152.0, blood sugar 127. Ate a third of a protein bar at 4:30 a.m. I slept after that. Losing weight at my age is slow, but i think I will see 151 soon. Ate some cheese today. It helps digestion speed up.

November 15, 2020 Sunday weight 152, blood sugar 125. Ate small portion (1/20 of small pie) of cherry pie yesterday but calories were still under 1000. lack of activity is a factor in slow loss. At least not gaining in a permanent way. Still, completely cutting out starch today and the next two or three days might result in loss of a lb. Goal is still ten lbs away.

November 13, Saturday, weight 153.0 (ate 2/3 of a biscuit yesterday and gluten-- with me--packs on water) blood sugar 90.steak and coffee this morning. off to shop as soon as stores open.
well masked. Not a good time.

November 13, 2020 Friday, weight back down to 152 and blood sugar 99! Staying on diet, no chocolate and nuts as snack.

November 12, 2020. wt 153.2, blood sugar 124. did a fairly good job of not eating until blood sugar was 100 or lower. Ate 1/2 oz of almond flour banana bread. Nearly impossible to estimate. i can sort it out by adding up all components and weighing result so I can get servings down to ounces. I don't think i should make a habit of eating it. Not satisfying and too high in calories.
