I've decided to permanently revise my goal weight to 125. I think long term this is a more sustainable weight and still feel good about myself, plus as you get older it looks better to not get too too thin.
Not very far away, but when the bloody scale doesn't move it feels like you have 10x that much to go! I REFUSE to get discouraged...will just keep going. The alternative is to stay where I'm at and that is unacceptable. Why settle for good when you can have great.

I just finished another over 5 mile run! Always feels good to get my runs over and done with. Exercising is most certainly not the highlight of my day, but rather a necessary habit.

I'm going to really lock it down this week. Running 5x/week, keeping calories below 900 calories, and hoping this will push me off my plateau. Getting frustrated with the scale not moving fast enough is counter-productive. Fight fat with fire! Need to turn up the internal furnace up a notch. I will stay 100% committed for the next 2 weeks.

Very frustrating. I was not focused yesterday because of this no weight change, but I had my pity party and now I have to get back on board. Reading and seeing the progress of some you is very motivating, so even though I can see a difference in my clothes, yet my scale doesn't move; I will keep at it until I reach 125.

I want to boost the speed of the weight-loss, so I've decided to step up the exercise. I will aim for longer durations of running/walking and if time allows; exercise up to 5x/week, but for sure will do it a minimum of 4x/week. The only way to have a bit of a breakthrough is to push your routine up a notch.
