For the last few days I have not felt so good. I wouldn't say feeling I'll, but I have had headaches, not sleeping as good and very irritable! I also have been experiencing the odd heart palpitations. I have had them before when my thyroid levels were not right, (hypothyroidism) but they were well controlled on my last blood test 6 months ago and so they said I could go to yearly blood tests.
My husband commented last night that I seem a bit moody. So today I have looked up some of my current symptoms. I think there's a strong possibility that I am starting to go through menopause and I am at that certain age. Even my usual exercise is not helping, as yesterday I didn't swim as good, although I did try to push myself. I feel really bloated today, so I haven't been near the scales.
Maybe some of it is psychological, subconsciously worrying about going back to work. I don't really know what is wrong with me, I just wish I could snap out of it! Well that's my moan over with for today 🤔

Yesterday I was looking back at my previous weight recordings from a site that I used a couple of years ago. In November 2014 before I joined FS, I was 194 pounds! I had already lost some as I know my start weight was 212 pounds, I also looked at my picture when I was 212, which makes me even more determined never to go back to that weight again!
Even though I had a gap of almost 18 months between March 2015 and September 2016, It looks like i actually only put on 4 pounds. Probably due to the fact that I was doing plenty of walks with my first rescue dog Mishka.

I am at my lowest weight now, than I have been for a number of years and really believe that this time i am going to succeed. It's because of this community, reading your posts and of course the fantastic support on here, I enjoy using FS and find it so easy to use. The one thing that I have learned is that I need to keep an eye on my weight and log my foods daily. Because once i stop doing it, I will start putting back on the pounds.

Another busy day! Prepared a beef stew in the slow cooker first thing, then Walked the dogs. Then went into town and had my haircut. I have gone really short, so I've updated my picture. A few errands in town then off swimming and another walk with the dogs on return. I am really looking forward to my dinner, I am pretty hungry now!
