READY SET GO!
Starting CYCLE ONE of 17-day Diet pLAN...again. :) This is what the good Dr.Moreno suggests in his diet plan.There are 4 cycles in the plan.Accelerate,Activate,Achieve and Arrive.After cycle 3,the dieter has the option to either continue on to cycle 4 or if one wants to lose more weight to go back to cycle 1.So,wanting more results-I am going back to CYCLE 1.
Cycle 3,I have "achieved" a great respect for this diet.The book did warn of stalled weight loss.And that was hard to swallow.But I do feel it was a growth period.I have a better sensitivity to what i am putting in my body-good foods vs. bad.Yesterday,I was putting bad foods in me (cupcake,processed foods,etc.) and it wasn't just my mind calling 'foul',my body was reacting as well.It was like' "what the bleep is this bleep???!!"LOL.
So,today it begins anew.

GAINED 6 lbs.I've been sitting on that fact for the past week, not wanting to OWN it.But there,it's out there now-recorded in my weight journal-I am owning it!!!BLEH!
I am ok with it,because I have been off my diet.Doesnt mean I have gone hog wild=I still have limits and counting my carb/fat/cal. intake but I have introduced my love of cheese and cookies.Last nite I had 2 slices of pizza and half a strawberry cupcake(oh my gosh i almost passed out it was so good lol).Today I am eating a footlong subway for lunch/supper.
This was the plan.I mean the cycle 3 part of the 17day diet did call for including more foods.I may have stepped outside thw guidelines but I really just wanted a taste of my favorites before I go back to the strict cycle 1 tomorrow.
I am also,planning on being more attentive to recording my food and exercise.So here we go again !!!!weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeweeeeeeee-LOL
