January 8, 2021. Recently i decided to cut out all bread, chocolate, nuts, and 'small bites that don't count" and since then i went from 152 to 146. This morning 146.6,waist 32 inches, blood sugar 117, blood pressure 125/80, sleep 8.2 hours. My goal has always been better blood pressure and blood sugar. Since January 8,2020, i have lost from 188 to 146. 42 lbs. Some months in lost only a lb or two. Since being more stringent this week my scale went down 6 lbs. However, I was having water retention during the flurry of holiday goodies that I ate only 1/8 of a piece, etc, which at one point bounced me up almost 4 lbs. Bread is hard on my system, makes me hungrier and puts on water weight.

January 7, 2021 finally 149 even if it was 149.8. staying with regime described, It makes a difference Blood sugar is still high, 139, but a liver full of sugar contributes during the night. also I ate part of a pure protein bar.

January 5, wt 152, blood sugar 136 (ate 1/4 of pure protein bar at 4:30 a.m. as I took some med. )according to watch I got nine hours of sleep total? Blood pressure 115/76. Many of my goals are being met although I have not lost weight this month. this next seven days no bacon, no ham, no nuts, no chocolate, no bread not quick bites between meals. I am tired of this plateau. Increasing steps by 1000 this week, and next week again.
1100 cALORIES AND VERY HUNGRY. i SUSPECT i HAVE BEEN CHEATING UNTIL NOW.
