I'm still backsliding a bit on the weekends, eating the wrong things and sitting around watching TV. I need more exercise, but I keep hoping the weather will get better so I can get outside.
On a positive note, I spent my first full week under 220 lbs!

Doctors on Friday and a day in the city eating in restaurants with the Wife. Still trying to stick to my guns and eat healthy. Good feedback from both my specialists. Got carried away and bought donuts on the way home! Oh well another week at work.

Working on eating less because going out on icy streets isn't very appealing right now. The weight is amazingly still coming off. Stay well my friends.

I do weigh myself nearly every day and am fairly faithful at recording my food intake (in another app), so I'm please that I've reached a new low weight after the weeks of yoyoing. I think the weight will always go up and down, but for now the swings are not so dramatic (within a couple pounds). Cold weather and icy streets have kept me in a bit more in the past week or so but I'm still working on it. Stay well my friends.

I've been struggling with weight yoyoing. I got down to 225 and backup to 230 and up and down in between. I've been pretty good with my eating and walked 5 days last week. I've gotten up to to 2 miles. I'll keep plugging at it and work this off!
