Row #100 is on the books as of late last night. Ended up being a ten minute row as I had taken a walk in the heat and fell asleep on the couch. It’s our San Diego summer, currently 96 outside, not my favorite, but it could be worse, I suppose. At least it won’t last long. I want to write more on this, but it’s been busy at work and I just need to hit enter at this point.
I’m sitting in a dark house with the AC on. I let it get up to 85 inside yesterday, that was not really fun, so decided I’ll turn it on and count my pennies elsewhere.
Blob up, muscle down, I expect I’ll keep going until the end of the year at least. I like it and I like what it does.

Row #99 was thirty minutes, made up of a boring 20 minute and a hard 10 minute session. Puppy class last night, so no walking. Muscle way up, blob down, we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Press on, press on.

Medium walk yesterday due to gas leak or something like that, but we decided to go around because duh. Swam and got in a twenty minute row, #98.
So weird, I swear I logged 158 something yesterday, but it’s not showing. Guess I forgot to enter it again, no biggie.
Took some pics yesterday, back and shoulders are showing more definition. That’s cool as it’s progress on the recomp effort.
