The weekends are my Achilles heel...Even though I have my long runs or 5K races on the weekends, my eating habits are horrible! I have to work on that.

UGHHHH.. Not sure what is going on. I am not tracking my food 100%, but I am conscious about what I am eating. And I am running 3 - 4 days a week. Guess I have to be more diligent about recording my food intake. Must not be doing as well as I thought.

Definitely cannot slack off on exercising. Exercising is my booster for weight loss!

I have to find a way to stay on track when I travel. I do well in the morning time with breakfast, but the rest of the day is when I falter.
