well, the parties are over. the last 2 nights i've drank beer-a b-day and at a benefit. the benefit had beer and food....dips, lasagna, meatballs...stuff like that. and i ate it to counteract the beer. amazingly, i am the same weight this morning. i have held on!
so my plans this weekend are to take care of ME! i've let my house go the past few weeks and i feel crumby just looking at it! a clean house will lift my spirit and keep me from feeling weighed down so i will exercise.
didn't track food during the day yesterday. i honestly forgot! but same as my workweek meals have been this week. gonna fill in that part of the day. can't account for what i drank and ate at the benefit...which was a success!

No loss, no gain. I am happy with that considering I ate quite a few processed carbs yesterday (Halloween food day at work) AND had 3 tall Shiner Bock beers for friends' b-day. What to have for lunch today....chicken noodle soup or black bean casserole. Kinda tired of both. Need to freeze the soup-still have like 8 cups!

Hmmm.... ate bad the past two evenings and down each day. No bad food today. NONE! Although I am meeting a friend for b-day drinks...her b-day. I'll just have a couple beers and that's it. OR...raspberry vodka w/diet sprite. Low-sugar and low-cal.

I think drinking more water is helping. Cause last night's noodle binge won't-the noodles may catch up with me today!
Long day + bad day = bad dinner.

Down another 2 lbs of sodium!
Counting is the way to go. You can have anything as long as you count it!
Made chicken noodle soup last night that only has 201 mg of sodium (135 cal, 3g fat, 13 carb, 1 fiber, 11 protein) for 1 cup!

did good today. had some unplanned carbs at lunch (friend brought laughing cow cheese wedges with wheat/flax crackers cause i brought her some soup). got home and had black bean lasagna. then, for whatever reason (PMS maybe), i cooked a pack of processed stroganoff flavored noodles. UGH!
what the hell?!?! and i was so proud of myself the past 2 days. well, day is over, tomorrow starts over at 0. i also need to get more water in. lots more!
