Food this week has been good and bad. Sunday night...indian food. Monday night...leftover indian food. Tuesday night...I can't remember, but I don't think it wasn't anything in my fridge. Wednesday night...steak 'stufffed' with cheese and bacon, asparagus, loaded potato and 3 beers.

So, I seems I have allowed myself to indulge a bit too much. There were plans to go out for thai this weekend, but thankfully, that's been put on hold. I will continue with my salads for lunch and then have soup for dinner tonight and tomorrow.

Time to plan the weeks meals. Would like to plan the month's meals. It's something I need to sit down and do with none of my normal distractions. I may have to ask Tam to get on my ass about it, cause she won't let go. Love her!!

I would like to continue eating salad every day, but the chef salad will get old soon...even though it's delicious! So better look at different variations.

I'm up 3 pounds the past 2 days, but I KNOW it's from my indulgence the past 4 nights. So if it's still there in 2 days, I will record it. Otherwise, I'm still at my last number as far as I'm concerned.

Today was a good day. Ate good and when I was hungry. Got more protein powder from Swing This tonight.

I have 4 days to finish my 10,000 swings in 30 days. Yesterday morning, I did 750! Should have done some Tuesday and tonight, but I've been having some really long days this week. I have 3,200 left to do...that's 800 a day for the next 4 days. Gawd!! But fortune is on my side. I work out tomorrow and Monday morning at Swing and I have ALL day Saturday and Sunday. I can do this. :-)

Gonna take the soup I made tonight for lunch tomorrow since I'm out of salad fixin's. Also, doing a goodbye for coworker after work tomorrow, which means beer and possibly something to soak it up with..eeeek! I'll live. It will have to be half of my cheat day. Then on the weekend, I'll have the rest of my cheat day.

I honestly can't wait to see the scale tomorrow morning..hehehe!!!

Breakfast: vanilla protein powder, maca powder, water, blueberries. YUM!!!

Snack (got hungry 45 minutes before lunch): kiwi

Lunch: 3rd day of big-ass cobb-esque salad: spinach, romaine, chicken, nitrate-free bacon, ham, boiled eggs, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, cucumbers, feta with black pepper and 2 Tbs blue cheese dressing.

Dinner: threw together the last of my chicken with onions, peppers, spinach, broth, some wheat couscous and crazy spices...salt, pepper, corriander, poultry seasoning, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, red cayenne and the last of some adobo sauce. It's good but SPICY!!
