this weekend was horrible. i ate so much. it was like i couldn't control it. needless to say i found out antihistamines can increase your appetite! lol good thing i only needed the med couple days. monday im back on track. struggling some far as energy and motivation to exercise. today was better. had dr appoint this morn. 98/58 blood pressure and heart rate 57. i felt fine. nurse asked if i was diZzy. nope. i said ive been this low few times. i believe its normal for those who exercise on reg basis. she then agreed and asked how often. i said 4 to 5 days a week i exercise reg. i been doing it couple years now. anyone else have low bp and heart rate and a norm feom reg exercise?

so yesterday was a bridal shower i went to. i started out trying to not eat bad however by end if day i had pigged out. today is a birthday party i need to attend. I'm going to try
not to pig out. . gotta do better than yesterday. i suppose one day wont hurt me. we all need a cheat day.

i did good. i turn down mc donalds this weekend. i turned down cake ice cream and pizza as well at a bday party. however i did have couple home made onion rings my sister inlaw made. saturday i went roller skating so that was my day 6 workout lol

awesome week. exercise 5 days again! that makes 2 weeks of 5 days instead of 4 lol
weight gain is from better eating. fiance keeps buying ice cream too lol
