Finally dropped another pound. But I did figure out why I have been stuck. Being a "girl" our horomones go through cycles. I have been attempting this diet for years now and I have noticed a very significant thing. The week before my cycle, my body is getting ready for whatever it does, and in doing so it has a direct effect on my weight loss. after next week I should see another 5 pound loss or so. We shall see. But for now I am undaunted. I have found a small little kaizen system that works. So I will stick with it.

Well here I am again.....sitting at 192. It took me about a week to get through 195 and down to 192. So I am hoping for at minimum the same results. Then I would actually hit 189. Wouldn't that be awesome. I am taking a bit of a different approach this time around. Following everything perfectly and allowing myself one cheat day on the weekend. It has made progress slow, but I am still making progress and I am happy to be able to sample a bit of the food I love once a week!
Every day I am working out. It differs what I will do but I am plugging right along.
Let's see where I am at on Friday!

Well one day at a time. So far so good. I did my wii fit and my exercises courtesy of Emily. Drank plenty of water. I just seem to be a little stuck here at 195. Oh well. I set small goals. wated to be 189 by next monday. Not looking too good but we'll see.
