I suck. I skipped workout (been tired all day) and ate potato chips tonight. Oh, and I HATE big boobs.

I did however get some errands done that HAD to get done. Bank, library, return new bra coming apart, find new bra, pick up mom's bills, prescription (WHICH, I forgot...so I really didn't get that one done).

Had my breakfast frittata, chicken noodle soup for lunch, a snack bag of cheese its at lunch (UGH!), organic cherries for a snack, Hot Head Burritos bowl for dinner, then the chips. Any time I start eating processed carbs, it spirals out of control and I know it while I'm doing it, but still eat the crap anyway! Thankfully, my book came in at the library and I am going to finish it this time, "Why Do I Still Have Thyroid Symptoms? When My Lab Tests Are Normal". A fellow kettlebell-er who has no thyroid highly recommended this book. She also said avoid gluten like my life depended on it. And I know she's right. I notice a HUGE difference when I don't eat gluten. So why do I keep going back to it? Cause it's easily and readily available when I am tired of preparing and thinking about food.

So today is getting marked up as an 'oh well' and tomorrow I will move on. The egg noodles in my soup are undoubtedly NOT helping. I made my green beans and potatoes tonight (crap, forgot the onion...just remembered-see this is what gluten does, it takes over your brain) and still have organic raspberries, strawberries and cherries...and an orange and apple...for fruit. Lot of red fruit, huh?

Hope everyone else's day was better. I'm headed to bed now. Had a bad dream 2 nights ago which screwed up my sleep that night and yesterday was 2 jobs-day, so got to bed late. No excuse tonight.

OK. I attempted to enter my food today. I need to explore the recipe mode again cause this individual item crap is crazy for how I eat. Anyway. My nephew and I (he stayed all night) had a scoop each of Yagoot coconut and white peach frozen yogurt after our frittata breakfast slice. For a snack I had some Eden Foods spicy pumpkin seeds...no clue how much but nothing major. Had chicken noodle soup for late lunch/early dinner (broken down like my breakfast). Then I had a potato chip craving. UGH! I went to the store and got Kettle brand buffalo bleu cheese AND zesty ranch. Had a small binge, and am now done. Nothing damaging, considering what I have had today. Though I got Gold Start chili dip (cause I still have organic corn chips that need to be eaten! HA!). That will be it for today.

Tomorrow, frittata, soup and since I didn't do my bean and potatoes yet, maybe a baked potato again. Have one left and some steamed broccoli if it hasn't went bad yet.

Gonna finish my book now and get to bed EARLY tonight. Woo freakin hoo!! :-)

Going in to work at job 1 today....but it's double time. I wasn't planning on it, but this is why they hired me and may hire another in the next few months...cause they have so much to do. I knew Saturdays could happen and I now know enough of my job to help. I just don't like being there an hour before my normal schedule (some are getting there now!) Maybe it's cause I worked job 2 last night and got home at 10 pm and was in bed within a half hour.

Can't wait for lunch with my friend at 2-we may be going here
Sweet Basil. I usually get Chicken Pad Thai w/heat of 5, but I think I may get the 'Southern Thai Style'...I've had this and it's delicious! I don't eat any seafood and I'm funny about beef and pork at restaurants. I've always wanted to try their Sweet n Sour-cause they make it and it's not out of a bottle! They used to have a curry potato puff appetizer...OMG...but no more. :-( Uh, yeah, can you tell I'm craving this place?! HA!

I made a blueberry protein shake for breakfast that I can drink at work this morning and will have Sweet Basil for lunch. Need to figure out dinner with my nephew. I'm sure he wants to grill pineapple like I make it, with honey and cinnamon on it (my neighbor loves this too).

Ugh...gotta get dressed and head out. I'll catch up with ya's when I get back. Have a great day and hope it's not too hot so you can all enjoy it!

I usually weigh on Friday morning, but did it this morning and down a pound. Yippee! :-)

Had my potato spinach frittata or breakfast, fresh organic cherries for snack baked potato w/butter, S/P, cheese, broccoli for lunch, trail mix for snack, and dinner...ha! We are having cookout at work tomorrow and I made baked mac-n-cheese cause that's the only time I get to eat it. So I had a bowl of conventional mac-n-cheese...regular cheap-o pasta, whole milk (organic though), cheese, onion, regular flour, mustard powder, paprika, egg and butter. I'm going to justify this dinner with my workout tonight. HA! Not really, but considering how little my food intake was for the day, I'll live. Had a lot of carbs and natural sugars today. May be why I was totally exhausted halfway through my workout. Breakfast had protein and fat, but not much else...well, it had fat. Actually, every meal I had today had butter in it. Hmm...

Anyway, off to bed in a few to go to both jobs tomorrow then enjoy the busy, busy weekend. Lunch w/friend on Sat, nephew coming over Sat night to help me clean then watch movie and grill out (maybe), Sunday clean gym, workout, and photographer friend using my bedroom for boudoir photo shoot...it's that awesome looking in there. ;-) Oh, and I have to do laundry and cook for the coming week somewhere in there.
