I just did Billy Blanks Tae Bo. I was wondering what do we put it under in the exercise journal?

I want to weigh 230 by Saturday. I'm going to do it!! By Thanksgiving I want to weigh less then 200 pounds, which is 34.2 pounds in about 5 months. That's about 7 pounds a month which I can do if I get back on track again.

starting measurements (4/12):
boobs: 48
waist: 47.5
hips: 59
thigh: 29.5
current measurements (6/22):
boobs: 44.5
waist: 42.5 (smallest part of waist)
hips: 53.5
thigh: 25.5
belly button: 56.5 (just started measuring there)
boobs: lost 3.5 inches
waist: lost 5 inches
hips: lost 5.5 inches
thigh: lost 4 inches

had an all nighter at jenn's house last night. Jenn, me, katie, and dani :) soo much fun. surprised I didn't gain a lot of weight.
