Din't lose any weight this weight in however i didn't gain any weight either so that is good..I had a 3 day binge and was so mad at myself but i will not talk about that anymore i am back on the wagon and as i type i am planning this weeks menu for myself.. I need to love myself and respect myself and really watch what i put in my mouth i don't want to be weak and fall of the wagon anymore..i deserve better i have a goal of losing 15 lbs by sept 30...i must believe in myself..I CAN DO THIS.
