So the month of June has been really good so far started off strong with my workouts..really want to lose 8 lbs this month..i think i can pull it off if i stay focused and keep my eating clean & keep drinking my water. I cant believe how good i feel about myself by just making some changes in my life ...By September which is my B-day month i want to be down at 2 sizes..keeping my fingers crossed..
