After 4 months of business trips and vacation, I have 2 months of no planned trips ahead of me. Wifey is on board. Kick starting diet again. Seem to have kept about 10 lbs off that I lost during the xmas holidays which is probably due to some of the longer bike rides.

changes this diet...when I have a carb re-feed, only good clean carbs.
No mixing of carbs with fat on carb re-feed.
Nothing fried from a restaurant at all. I need to fry at home if I eat it.
I am going to track inflammation causing foods. Not necessarily try to eat anti inflammatory, but just track to see if correlation betwen loss and no loss. No beer on carb re-feed day. If I want a drink, red wine, or small hard liquor only. No actualy cheating on carb re-feed day till July 9th.
