What is bullet proof coffee? I never heard of it.... but about the ACV... I love it and it works. I do a detox drink on occasion but would like to do this more and replace the ceyenne pepper with turmeric to go after arthritis stuff. Otherwise I usually do 2 tablespoons in a little water and follow it with more water in the morning and before bed.
