I still haven't worked out how come I am sooooo disciplined during the week and fall to pieces on the weekend. I did not stray far from my plan but still strayed. I really need to figure this one out otherwise I will continue to sabotage my new healthier lifestyle.

You are not alone, same thing here. Am really disciplined during the week, but when weekend come OH NOO, I really struggle. So what I ended up doing is having my rest day either Saturday or Sunday LOL. I dont know if this helps or not :)

Same here. I seem to shut my brain off. I like what you said in your profile about changing you lifestyle not to go on a diet. That is smart. I am 74, and over my lifetime every time I dieted, I gained back the weight plus more. I have stopped that foolishness. Have a great day! :)
