Had a good weekend. Went for a run Sat. and Sunday. That is probaly why I didn't gain. Didn't really eat bad but did not count points. Back to counting points today. I am done eating for the day. The girls and I are going to go for a walk around the neighborhood and look at Halloween decorations. Got in a good cardioball workout while dinner was in the oven. Wore a pair of pants to Church that were kinda tight in the waist when I wore them a couple of weeks ago- they fit much better. Even though the scale has not changed my body has. That is something to feel good about!!
