Well I had a great weekend- I DID NOT OVER EAT!!!!! Usaully, I stick to my exercise plan and not my eating plan. This weekend that got flipped. I was busy with other things and didn't have time to work out (except for shooting baskets with the family on Sat). I did stick to my WW points though. I had heard that when you exercise a lot your hungrier- maybe that has been my case. I feel much better today though, more in control of my weight loss destiny!
