Day 62..Time to smarten up, tone up and stay focused in order to be as fit as possible before this wedding! I always self sabotage just before a big debut like this..i have to remind myself we are going to be eating less then perfect on vacation and need to stay on track. I will think about how great i have felt the past couple weeks, body mind and soul....Have a great monday buddies. Im looking forward to going home already...its gonna be a loooooooooong day.

A lot of times if I go out to eat or even on vacation I have my husband choose from the menu for me. I tell him to pick healthy items and that way if I don't look at the menu I am not tempted. Stay focused for the wedding. I am sure you will look great!
