Day 41

Its Monday, im feeling refreshed and ready to hate my job. Haha. Misbehaved in the food and excercise department again last night, as in i ate too much and excersied to little. i was moving to my new place all day though so that burnt some calories for sure! But back on the strict wagon again today. Looking forward to getting some excercise after work..hopefully these next couple couple days will show some results that i need in order to stay motivated as it is definetly lacking. Im still staring at this brick wall i need to aim higher and jump over it.

M1: Apple & Turkey Bacon
M2: Protein Shake
M3: Salad & Tuna
M4: Myoplex
M5: I need to go grocery shopping

As long as you stick to the plan. Moving will burn just as much calories as a work out I am sure. Have a great day

Hey you! Love your profile pic! You look great already! But, I know, you just want to be at a certain place, anyhoo, I'd think moving all day definitely counts as a work out!! Keep it up, you're soooo close to your goal!!!
