Own Invention.... I try to keep my macros at 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. Carbs are healthy carbs not bread/pasta etc

Thx guys...anyone doing strict Keto...I am back from high Protein to Keto. Finally gave it a go...and 1kg down from monday weight-in. Perhaps HF kept me on a stall or I am in 7weeks where real fat burning starts☺Over analyzing things again😊

I am doing a modified Ketogenic diet where you cycle you keto days with higher carb re-feed days. Works perfectly for someone that is very active or follows a heavy gym routine

I am an Ovo-Lacto- pescatarian (I Also don’t eat chicken). I am Working myself towards cutting out all animal byproducts. I am following the 28 Day meal plan (won’t recommended it, but I hate quitting. So 24 more days to go) 🙈🙈

I eat below 500 calories a day, and I do IF, No carb diet only fat and protein.

28 Days eetingplan. Works very well lots of food. No snacks in between,have lost over 17kg.
