This isn't too much of a shock for me. I kind of had a feeling that I would maintain my weight this week, given that I've been doing killer weight training and Jillian Michael's circuits from her DVD which work the whole entire body.
I'm not easily discouraged because I'm pretty much assured that I've just turned fat into muscle. I FEEL a lot firmer and like my previous entry stated, I dropped 2 pant sizes! That's all that matters to me, really. I know by next week I'll probably drop another pound, easily :)
