Realllly going to push myself to hit 140 by next Monday. I've been switching my exercise routine up every 2 weeks to challenge myself and to help boost my metabolism, so starting today I'll be working out to Jillian Michael's "No Trouble Zones" DVD. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment :)
