Look at you go! Hats off to you. You are clearly focused on losing weight. Just a few more and you are almost there. Bravo! What success! 

We are in the same boat. Low carb works on going down. Lower carb to maintain. But scary for me as I remember becoming “addicted” to simple carbs. That’s going to be my real battle. Education, accountability, and I’m getting rid of everything that does not fit well. I have said it before. Pink Sweats until I fit my clothes. And also waking up at +3 to 5. Not 10 to 20 

You are SO close to landing (burying) that "bird" (trendline) - congratulations!

Oy, proselytization REALLY does not belong on FS. Unless everyone wants to hear other people's preferred constructs as well. If you don't want to see quotes from the Quran and Kitáb-i-Aqdas and Carl Sagan, please don't post Bible verses.

Different things 'motivate' different FS sojourners... not going to assume they are/were proselytising, cause I'm not omniscient... just obese.
