Test. I have been on Atkins for 30 days. I have done the diet before in 2004 and lost 65 pounds. Since then I have had 2 children and gained all the weight plus some back. I have not had luck staying on Weight Watchers which is what I have been trying to do for the past 2 + years, it just never worked for me. So I am back at Atkins full force, realizing my body does not like carbs and I feel so much better when I am carb free/low carb. I can do this! Only 65 pounds to go!

Good luck! I, too, did Atkins many, many years ago and lost about 20lbs (that is all I had to lose, back then). After about 15 years (and apparently perimenapaus) I had gained tons! I have been doing a modified Atkins (under a doctors care) since mid-January. I have lost 30 lbs and have 30 more to go. I hope we can do this together.
