Ok, I'm back!!
I joined Fatsecret in '08...lost 30-35 pounds, within a year, but then slowly started gaining it all back...and worse, kept all the old habits, and keep trying new habits...and just go around, dancing in circles.
So today, just like that, without any big to-do, I'm just finally declaring and deciding to come clean with this old self! DETOX THE MIND! And fire up the old support system!
The plan: Start working out 6 days a week
The side-effect: Re-discover the passion and joy of working out, dancing, hiking, being outdoors..and just, adventure, fun, and play!
The natural, seemless outcome: Losing 38 pounds, and getting down to 125 pds by Aug 31st.
By my 39th bday on Sept. 7th: Normal BMI, normal cholestrol, great resting heart rate, normal triglycerides and fat cells, "Younger" age, toned body, and healthy glowing skin!
Looking younger than ever before!!
Food and diet: Not even going to think and overthink this. Just plan on being 700 when not worked out, and 1000 cals when I do work out.
Journaling daily. Re-working my mental gears. I can't wait!!!!
