So, TOM came last week; scale showed a gain of 2 ounces. This never changed for the week. Tom left yesterday and I am down 1.2 lbs today. I was trying to figure out just how much water I was retaining but I can't tell now if I lost right before or during TOM..oh well, thankful for the loss anyway :)
