Ha ha another 1.2 pounds 😃 i should have waited yesterday and just weighed in today. Finally it's moving after a major platau of about 3 weeks! Yay i am feeling motivated again now. Thanks for the great comments yesterday buddies 🤗

Thanks again buddies, reaĺly appreciate your support. I was realy struggling to lose weight and so i increased my intake a bit and carried on with my exercises. Since then i have started to lose weight again, the break has done me good!
