Working on keeping up with the challenges life got hectic there for a while. The good news is I reached my goal of being 169 again for the run on Saturday, the hip thing has really messed up my progress on the running challenge. I hopped in the pool a few times and streched and that seems to have helped plus a really cool aerial dance workout helped stretch me out. I'm looking into doing the other form of dance soon. I'm excited. I'm not going to be to hard on myself due to the hip for the runnng challenge but I am going to try to log my food in better since thats what helped me lose the 10 pounds I've lost so far. I'm super excited about my progress but kinda scared for the run. I've decided to do something about my credit card debt perphaps because I have more energy and I'm participating in some of the 24 hour fitness challenges for the month of Feb. All in all pretty exciting. My next goal is to get down to 165 in February since I figure the weight loss will prob slow down now the the super excess is gone.
