Well I took a little detour. And I got off track. But not too bad. I have read a book called Kaizen. So I have decided to adopt it to my weight loss program.
What is one small step I can do today to achieve my weight loss goals?
I must ask myself this every day.
I have also hired my 9 yr old as my personal trainer. She is kicking my butt!! In a good way.
