Did great til Friday, then we had family visiting from Friday til Sunday. We had a Chinese meal Friday evening, and my son made a cheesecake so i had a piece of that. Saturday lunch we went to a cafe and I had carrot cake. Then a meal in the evening, but I declined dessert. So I am not surprised i have only lost a pound. I will do better this week!
