Happy 4th of July to all of my Fatsecret friends! This weekend has been pretty nice for me. I spent all day Friday downtown tailgating and watching our local fireworks display. I then went on a nature walk with my best friend and our kids on Saturday. Sunday was all about church, grocery shopping, and errands. We spent today cleaning and having a family cookout at my house. And as icing on the cake (yep, I said that), I got to have my weekly weigh in and saw these results! So excited and feeling blessed!!!
Oh, and a special welcome to happyhomemaker, who recently created a Fatsecret account and is going to start her own journey of weight loss and health improvement! She just happens to be my cousin. :D

Mousey, I did not realize our starting and current weights were so close :) we are running neck and neck...well before I booted myself out of Onederland last week :) it was a nice visit though! LOL
