Day 1: Weigh in 216 (gross!) - Its been a hectic morning, lots of running around...and! we are celebrating Chinese New Year with a Chinese Buffet Lunch at work...I did bring a salad, and yogurt and an apple. Lunch smells amazing, but my stubbornness will prevail! Update later as the day goes on!
