Today I am making a decision for better health. My short term goal is to loose 20 lbs and switching to healther food choices. My long term goal is to weight 123-130 with a lean, firm, and muscular physic. Today I worked out for an hour. I definitely need to adjust and adapt my body to working out and eating right.
