my weight has been up and down! I want to lose weight so bad and it seems like the more weight I want to lose the more I indulge in the wrong food and the more weight I gain!
This time has to be different. I am taking a health/anti-cancer prevention approach. I am doing this with the mentality that I want to increase my life span and take care of my body!
I am so tired of these extra 30 lbs.
This journal on this date marks my turning point to success. I will use this app on my computer, phone, and iTouch!

This week I didn't loose any weight. For the most part I kept my calories under 1,350 but the last two day I went slighty over. Its pretty discouraging to see that but I can only look forward to a better week. This week I worked out 3xs.

This has been a good 1st week. I kept my calories down to 1,350 daily which is usually a challenge for me & I worked out at least 3x this week. My workout schedule was a little off schedule because of the holidays. This week is a new week and I look forward to weighting 146 or less by the end of the week.

Today I am making a decision for better health. My short term goal is to loose 20 lbs and switching to healther food choices. My long term goal is to weight 123-130 with a lean, firm, and muscular physic. Today I worked out for an hour. I definitely need to adjust and adapt my body to working out and eating right.
