This week was / is my TOM so I slept longer (no 5:30 am workouts) and ran less. I ate what I was supposed to, but didn't concern myself with hitting a specific exercise target; just staying on track with eating. Once I'm over my cycle - not dealing with backaches and cramps, I'll get back on the running trails. Still lost a pound tho'. [HAPPY DANCE!]
