Pretty happy with this approach. It's a lot of food each day. In fact, I'm starting to add nuts into the diet as part of my approach to reduce the mass I have to eat. I guess this is it. This is the payoff. Of course there's the plan, keeping in calories, and using the energy on activity rather than to store for the winter, but, wow, this could be fun. Lots of food variety. :)
