this is the most pissed off depressed I've ever felt. for 4 weeks I've stayed the same. I lose a little i go back to here. I'm not doing anything wrong that I know of. I'm not getting any slimmer. I just want the weight gone. any advice?

it may be a plateau Emma i remained on one for months rather than weeks was very discouraging it can be the body adjusting to a new set point adjusting to the changes in less calories i know ots difficult bit stay with what you are doing and reflect on the other benefits you are accruing apart from the scales

i was 104 and git to about 84 so i understand the journey what i would say is its not linear

Thanks for the advice. I did measurements and lost some. Hopefully it will be better from here.

if you live in Auckland I'm happy to meet up with you if you want to go for a walk or a coffee to go over diet etc. I'm needing to get back into exercise and healthy living but find it hard to reset as I'm not a fan of the gym but having a walking buddy takes accountability so you don't let the other person down if u are meeting up! always here to help 😊

Try the Keto or Low Carb diet, I lost 30kg's in 5 months and still having bacon and eggs for breakfast. 1 usually do a 48 hour fasting over the weekend and lose 2-3 kg's, once your insulin levels come down, you don't feel hungry anymore. But everyone is different I guess, check out Dr Berg's videos on YouTube, good luck Gemma!!
