Okay, so for the last week I've been eating by alternating maintenance and cut calories. I'd stalled in fat loss. My weight has now jumped 5 pounds for the daily weigh in but it seems to be fairly stable now. The gain should simply be water from glycogen storage. The odd thing is my calipers are telling my I'm at 12% body fat - down 1%. Feeling pretty psyched.
