So. The body always amazes me. It gets used to a routine so quickly. The old lifting schedule I rarely felt DOMS. Now I'm into day 4 of the 7 sets of one exercise only.
Day 1, 3 days ago. Bench press: chest/shoulders. They were screaming yesterday. Awesome. The soreness is disipating but the tightness is still there. Day 2, 2 days ago. Chin ups: Abs/lats(back)/minor bicep. Sore, sore sore... nice! Day 3, yesterday. EZ bar curls: Biceps/minor shoulder. Feeling a minor pinch at the moment. Should hit me by tonight... after I get the trailer loaded. Day 4, today. Military press after the trailer is loaded. Fishing, camping, reading, lazing. :)
