Have gained 7lb over 3 months and I know why. Too much free eating so it's time to be more aware of what I'm eating again. Although my clothes still fit and my measurements haven't changed, I know I haven't been watching my fat intake and hey presto...half a stone heavier. Slightly disheartened but no-one else's fault except mine I feel really good when I'm in control so I will keep thus in mind.
