After maintaining my SW target weight for just over a year, I've now made the decision to leave as it has served its purpose. I have also entered a half-marathon in Dec, so I am laying the foundations with short runs atm. I haven't been using running as exercise for 33 years, and now I have an excellent knowledge of diet and nutrition. It's a bit like an experiment as I am interested in seeing if it changes my physical appearance at all. Coming back to fatsecret is going to be so useful - my portion control now needs addressing or I will gain weight. Moderation is the key to my maintenance, and I actually enjoy having to weigh everything as it means that I am in charge of my food intake. Unlimited anything is a green light to binging for me.
